To operate the Tornado ACS cleaning machine blast media (granules) for vacuum blasting is needed. The granules differ in size and hardness. We offer as a matter of principle only high quality granules to our customers, since those can be used approx. 100 times in a cycle. Nutshell NS 450 consists of crushed and ground walnut shell with a grain size of 0,2 - 0,45 mm. This granulate is mostly used for polished surfaces, such as marble or granite. The nutshell granulate can also be used on glass but a thorough cleanup of the machine is required beforehand, since residues of other granules can scratch the glass.

Asilit AS 180 mainly consists of silica and aluminum oxide with a grain size of 0,04 - 0,18. It is mainly used for the cleaning of dark areas, such as brick, natural stone and concrete.
